Joining the Member Sign Up There are three membership options. The first is the month to month plan. In that you will be billed $21.95 monthly until canceled. The second plan is the three month plan in which you will be billed $49.95 every three months and the third plan is the six month plan. In that you will be billed $99.95 every six months.
